Mayor Bloomberg passed by the Rube in today's Columbus Day parade, right when the Rube was switching out his memory card. The Rube gestured back towards downtown, meaning that in future they should run this parade from north to south -- the sun would then be shining directly in the marcher's faces, and make for better photos. But he doubts the Mayor took his meaning. See also:
