The Beginning
This thing is creating the Storm of the Century beneath itself -- the Rube would rather sail a boat here instead of on the Model Boat Pond in Central Park.
The Rube asked a security guard why the sprinklers were not always on in summer (3-jpg) and heard several explanations (too much wind, not hot enough) before the guard admitted it was his first day on the job and he was just making stuff up.
