The Rube will have to go bakc and take more pictures to properly describe this waterwork -- in person, it seems taller and the space more cosily "enclosed". There are goldfish and some words are inscribed along the rim of the pool. You come to it as you walk on the eastern path leading north from Battery Park City, and behind it is the Irish Hunger Memorial.
