1919-21, Starrett and Van Vleek. This actually seems to be two very similar buildings (portrait view) -- the northern one completely clad in terra cotta; the southern partly clad, as shown in 3-jpg. In 1-jpg and 2-jpg we see that terra cotta tiles are usually smaller then stone blocks would be; this one of Susan Tunick's tips for identifying it.
