The Toys R Us building is one of the shortest on Times Square and somewhat obscured by neighboring scaffolding and general dazzle of the area. But the dense array of spotlights at the top look like they mean to do some attention-getting soon.

The sign behind the windows is in strips on rollers and reconfigures itself periodically -- one variant is shown in the bottom panel.
