Notes (Roving Rube): It is an odd fact of Times Square that you can see just as well as night as you can during the day.

The white rectangle at upper center is an exceptionally bright video screen -- even by Times Square standards!

This is actually three pictures taken without the aid of the tripod; the Rube followed his father's advice to exhale as he clicked the shutter instead of holding his breath.

The Rube used the Photomerge command of PhotoShop Elements to splice the photos together; or rather, he told Photomerge "here are the photos" and Photomerge did everything else without asking. It was pretty impressive.

PhotoShop Elements is sort of PhotoShop "lite" and a good way to get your feet wet with PhotoShop.
