Notes by Roving Rube: The Rube would like to add one thing to what is on a typical Side Street in Manhattan: a psychic. They are usually on the 2nd floor. As a coworker pointed out, this business doesn't require much startup capital -- two chairs, a table with a crystal ball, the sign -- and it helps those with the ability to predict the future to keep their prices affordable for all.
